This is Carolyn and Liz with blogging news

Today in reading we learned a new skill called synthesizing. We had music we learned a note called ti-tika. We also learned a new song called "scooping up sand". When we got back we had a spelling pre-test. Then in math we learned how to multiply two digit numbers. In science we learned about reptiles. Some kinds of reptiles are snakes, turtles, alligators and lizards. To be a reptile they have to be cold blooded, waterproof and have a backbone (vertebrates). Then we went outside for recess. For science flex, we are mostly reading the whole time.

Sounds like you third graders are busy learning all kinds of cool things...and that was just one day!

Keep up the good work. Summer is almost here.
